Permit Process
**Pierce Township does not review plans for compliance with Building Codes. Building Permits are issued by the Clermont County Building Department, 2275 Bauer Road, Batavia, OH 45103. Phone: (513)732-7213.

Payment Methods: Pierce Township does not accept credit card payments. We only accept cash, checks and money orders. Please make checks payable to: Pierce Township.
You may complete a fillable form, print it and drop it off at the administration building or mail it to the Township Office Attn: Zoning Department at 950 Locust Corner Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245, or fax the form to (513) 752-8418 Attn: Zoning Department. Applications
Applications for Zoning Permits must include applicable documentation which may have one or more of the following:
- A plat of the lot to be developed with dimensions, lot, and parcel number, with evidence that the lot has been surveyed.
- A site plan is drawn to scale showing the location and dimensions of proposed and existing buildings, driveways, parking areas, landscaping, signage, topography and/or other public or private features necessary to demonstrate compliance with the Zoning Resolution.
- Photographs, drawings, renderings, product specifications, material data sheets, informational brochures, and/or similar information that helps to demonstrate compliance with the Zoning Resolution.
Text Amendment & Map Amendments
Applicants who would like to make a change to the Zoning Resolution or Zoning Maps must submit an Amendment Application.
Prior to the submittal of an Amendment, applicant’s are advised to schedule a meeting with staff To contact Pierce Township Planning & Zoning staff call (513) 752-6262 and select option #7
Appeal / Request for Variance / Conditional Use Permit
The Board of Zoning Appeals processes all Appeals, Variances, and Conditional Use Permits for Pierce Township.
