The Pierce Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 29th, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at 950 Locust Corner Road, Pierce Township, Ohio 45245 to consider an application for a Variance to construct (2) two Pharmacy Signs for the Kroger Grocery Store located at 262 W Main Street, Pierce Township, OH 45102, Parcel # 282807A292, submitted by Macy Downey of McBride Dale Clarion (BZA2023-003). Wall signs are required to comply with 12.10 B).

The Pierce Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 29th, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at 950 Locust Corner Road, Pierce Township, Ohio 45245 to consider an application for a Variance for additional wall signage to be constructed at the Jiffy Lube located at 1365 State Route 125, Pierce Township, Ohio 45102, Parcel # 282807A018, submitted by Brooke Alini, of Atlantic Sign Company. Wall signs are required to comply with 12.10 B).

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing. The application is available for inspection at the Pierce Township Administration Building Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
