Utility Work Closing Down Palestine Street

The 600 block of Palestine Street will be closed on March 28, as Duke Energy crews replace a utility pole.

Duke representatives say residents in the area requested repairs because a pole is leaning, causing electrical lines to sag.

The work is expected to take several hours, and during that time, the road will be closed to motorists.
