2. How can I pay my permit fee? The $250 permit fee must be included with your application. Payments can be made by cash or check and mailed or delivered to the Pierce Township Special Events Department at the above address.

3. What happens after submitting my application and fee? After submission, you will need to present the details and logistics of your production to the Pierce Township Special Events Department. This can be done virtually or in person.

4. How long does it take to get a permit? Permit processing can take between 10 to 21 days, depending on the complexity of your production logistics.

5. What if my production requires street or sidewalk closures? Any street or sidewalk closures must be submitted to the Pierce Township Special Events Department at least 21 days before the proposed start date of the activity.

6. Are additional fees required for police or fire personnel? Yes, additional fees will apply if police or fire personnel are deemed necessary for your production. These fees are assessed on an hourly basis.

7. What are the insurance requirements? You must provide a certificate of insurance with Pierce Township named as an additional insured. This is to ensure coverage for all activity dates, including installation and teardown.

8. Are approved permits transferable? No, approved permits are nontransferable. If a permit is lost, you will need to reapply and pay a new permit fee.
