Pierce Township Volunteers Needed to Serve on the Pierce Township Board of Zoning Appeals

The Pierce Township Board of Trustees is seeking applications from Township residents interested in serving on the Board of Zoning Appeals. One (1) full position and two (2) alternate positions will need to be filled. Citizens interested in these appointments must be residents of the unincorporated area of the Township. Each Board consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Board of Trustees. Each full member serves a five-year term, while alternates serve two-year terms and vote in the absence of a member. The Board of Zoning Appeals meets as needed to review zoning applications for Variances, Appeals and Conditional Use Permits.
