The Pierce Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 2, 2025 to hear the request by Ashford Homes to consider a request for a Zone Map Amendment to rezone the property located at 3728 Merwin Ten Mile Road, Pierce Township, Ohio, including adjacent property (parcel numbers 282808C018, 282808C131, 282808C110, 282808C171) from Planned Unit Development – Residential (PUD-R), expired, and Single Family Residential (SFR) to Planned Unit Development – Residential (PUD-R).
