Two (2) Pierce Township Volunteers Needed to Serve on the Pierce Township Board of Zoning Appeals

The Pierce Township Board of Trustees is seeking applications from Township residents interested in serving on the Board of Zoning Appeals. Citizens interested in these appointments must be residents of the unincorporated area of the Township. The Board consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Board of Trustees. Each full member serves a five-year term, while alternates serve two-year terms and vote in the absence of a member. The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on an as needed basis to review Appeals, Conditional Use Permits and Variances.

Interested volunteers are invited to send a letter of interest, resume and respond to the on-line questionnaire.
