Gas Aggregation Update

Archer is our new Gas Aggregation provider. Residents and small businesses not already under contract with another supplier will be automatically enrolled in the program. If you wish to opt-out of the gas aggregation program, contact Archer at 1-844-795-7491. The opt-out deadline is April 11, 2025, but participants may join or exit the program at any time without penalty.

Here are the details of the new agreement:
-Guarantees a 2% discount to Duke Energy Ohio’s monthly Gas Cost Recovery (GCR) rate
-Effective from your June 2025 meter read and continues through your May 2026 meter read
-No switching fees or early termination fees
-Continued service and billing through Duke Energy Ohio
