Pierce Township Police Execute Prostitution Sting

Pierce Township Police, in collaboration with the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office, Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office and the DEA, executed search warrants on two businesses and a residence after uncovering evidence of suspected prostitution operations.
Authorities arrested Buqian Deng, 54, following the search at Natura Foot Spa (1299 Ohio Pike). She is now facing 2 counts of solicitation and 1 count of permitting prostitution.

Haizhi Zhang, 56, was arrested at Yilin Comfort Zone Massage (1369 Ohio Pike) and charged with 1 count of solicitation. There is also a warrant for the owner of the business, Yaling Wang. Wang, 61, is facing 2 counts of promoting prostitution, 1 count of solicitation, 1 count of sexual imposition and 1 count of practicing without a license.

Pierce Township Police launched an investigation after receiving complaints in late 2024. Over the last few months, detectives documented evidence of prostitution at both businesses.

This is an ongoing investigation as detectives work through the evidence recovered during the searches.
