Lt. Poe graduates from leadership school
This past Friday Lt. Julie Poe completed the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC) conducted by the Ohio Chiefs of Police Association and the Law Enforcement Foundation (LEF). Lt. Poe becomes the third member of the PTPD command staff to do so (Chief Bachman in 2011 and Lt. Bennett in 2007).
PELC is a three–week law enforcement executive leadership training program it provides law enforcement executives with an intensive learning experience focused on leadership skills vital to long-term personal and organizational success.
