Service Department Full Time Maintenance Worker MW II/III

The Pierce Township Service Department has an opening for a Full Time Maintenance Worker to work within the Service Department.  The ideal candidate will have:

1. Valid Ohio Driver’s License and an Ohio Commercial Driver’s License with a class A and with air brake endorsement or must obtain within six (6) months.
2. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Advanced training or associate degree in construction technology, turf management, carpentry, road maintenance or similar field preferred.
3. Two (2) to Four (4) years’ experience in all areas related to building, and ground maintenance/repair or equivalent training. Effective both verbally and in writing.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
5. Willingness to plow snow in the winter.
