About the Zoning Department

The Pierce Township Planning and Zoning Department provides Planning, Zoning and Code Enforcement services to the residents of the Township by maintaining and enforcing the Township’s Zoning Resolution and Land Use Plans. The Zoning Resolution outlines all regulations in each zoning district in Pierce Township. Each parcel’s zoning classification may be viewed on the zoning map or by utilizing the Find My Zoning search feature.
