Within the police department the Police Chief is in command and provides direct support for and supervision over Lieutenants, Detectives, Patrol Officers, School Resource Officer, Property Room Clerk, and Secretarial Staff. Aiding in this process are Police Lieutenants with supervisory roles over Patrol Officers.
The Police Administration directs the overall activities of the Police Department to accomplish the mission and goals of the organization; ensuring that personnel and resources are used in the most efficient and effective manner.
