 In accordance with  Pierce Township Standard Procedures for Procurement of Professional Services, adopted by the Board of Trustees on April 14, 2009,  Pierce Township will interview the highest ranking Firm, for the purpose of negotiating a professional contract.  Should mutually agreeable terms not be reached, Pierce will then proceed to interview the next highest ranking Firms until a contract can be reached.
