Outdoor Warning Sirens Testing

Outdoor Warning Sirens are sounded at noon on the first Wednesday of each month to test operability. The warning sirens are strategically located throughout the community per the manufacturer’s recommendations to reach the entire township at the same time.

 The Pierce Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on Wednesday December 5, 2018 at 5:30pm. The public hearing will be held at the Pierce Township Administration Building at 950 Locust Corner Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. The reason for the public hearing is to hear the request of Aimee Imbus of Scott Imbus Development Company, LLC located at 1010 Spindletop Hill Lane Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. The request is to change the zoning at 3728 Merwin Ten Mile Road from Single Family Residential (SFR) to Planned Unit Development-Residential (PUD-R). This parcel is approximately 7.2 acres which currently has a single family dwelling on the parcel, which will be removed. The development will have 14 single family homes with 2 lots for open space. The application and site plans are available for review at the Pierce Township Administration Office 950 Locust Corner Road Monday –Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.
