Loretta Rokey

The Trustees and Fiscal Officer carefully oversee a $14+ million budget with day-to-day operations handled by a Township Administrator.

The duties and responsibilities of the Township Administrator are defined in the Ohio Revised Code section 505.032.  Under the direction of the Pierce Township Board of Trustees, the Administrator supervises day to day operations related to personnel and financial matters and assists in “the administration, enforcement and execution of the policies and resolutions of the board.”

Ms. Rokey joined our staff in August 2017 and brings with her over 25 years of public sector experience, having served as City Manager in the City of Milford and Village Administrator in the Village of Glendale.  Prior to that she worked for a small manufacturing company and a local non-profit. 

Ms. Rokey is a University of Cincinnati Graduate with an Associate Degree in Social Services, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.  She is also a Lead Clermont graduate from the class of 1997.  She has also served on many non-profit boards including CASA for Clermont Kids and most recently as a member of the Clermont College Dean’s Advisory Committee.

The Board holds regularly scheduled public meetings on the second Wednesday of each month to conduct Township business. Special meetings or work sessions, which are also open to the public, are called and advertised as needed. Township residents, business owners and visitors are welcome to attend and participate in these public meetings.

Staff are also available from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fire and Police are on duty 24/7.
